Town House, Lytham

Originally built in 1869 this Victorian property formed part of a busy medical practice, with a warren of consulting rooms, waiting and administration areas. Renovations involved the construction of walls, both internally and within the rear garden area to separate the property from the adjacent house that had been part of the former surgery. The alterations restore the property to its original use as a family town house.
The second floor now forms a master suite of main bedroom with en-suite facilities and large family area. At ground floor, separating walls have been removed to create a large dining, kitchen, family lounge area which opens onto the rear courtyard garden area.
