Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent has been granted for a transformation of the main Post Office premises in Blackpool, allowing progress for a mixed-use development with offices, retail, restaurants, hotel and other leisure facilities.

The Grade II Listed premises will be transformed by the renovations which include a new open air retail and restaurant plaza at first floor level – the first of its kind in Blackpool – as part of the rejuvenation of Blackpool’s Café quarter.
