In 2014 the practice moved into newly renovated premises in an Edwardian property within the Lytham Avenues Conservation Area of Lytham St Annes, Lancashire.

The modernised areas of the ground floor provide generous space for client meetings, open plan studio and cafeteria with links to paved and leafy external spaces.

The office location provides ample space for staff and visitor car and cycle parking, with close proximity to bus and train links.
